Ms. Hook has served as Chief Executive Officer since October 2010, as a member of the Board since November 2010, and as President since January 2008. Previously, Ms. Hook served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunrocket, Inc., a voice over IP service provider, held several executive-level posts at America Online, Inc., a web services company, was a partner at Brera Capital Partners, a global private equity investment firm, managing director of Alpine Capital Group, LLC., an investment banking firm, held several executive positions at Time Warner, Inc., a diversified media company, was legal advisor to the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, and was a senior attorney at Viacom International, Inc., a diversified media company.
Ms. Hook serves on the board of Vantiv, Inc. (NASDAQ: VNTV), a payment processing firm. Ms. Hook has previously served as Senior Independent Director of RELX PLC (FTSE: RELX) and RELX NV, providers of information solutions, Covad Communications (NASDAQ: COVD), Time Warner Telecom (NASDAQ: TWTC), and National Geographic Ventures. In 2012, she was appointed by President Obama to serve on the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC). In recognition of her personal and professional achievements, The Dickinson School of Law and Penn State University honored Ms. Hook as a 2012 Penn State Alumni Fellow. Her non-profit affiliations include being a director of Island Press, on the Advisory Board of The Peggy Guggenheim Collection, and on the Corporate Board of the John F. Kennedy Center For The Performing Arts. She is a member of the Committee of 200, an organization of the world’s most successful women entrepreneurs and innovators, and the Committee For Economic Development, a business-led public policy organization.
Mr. Lalljie is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Neustar, Inc. He oversees Neustar's worldwide finance organization, which includes treasury, accounting, financial planning and analysis, real estate management and investor relations. Mr. Lalljie has been with Neustar for over 10 years.
During this time, he has served in a variety of increasingly expansive roles within Neustar’s Corporate Finance department, including Vice President, Financial Planning & Treasurer and other positions within accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and investor relations.
Mr. Wolfe Pereira is Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of Neustar, Inc. He oversees Neustar’s brand advertising, communications, corporate marketing and product marketing across the company. A leader in data-driven marketing, he has more than two decades of experience at the intersection of marketing, media and technology.
Prior to Neustar, Mr. Wolfe Pereira was the Vice President of Brand Strategy & Marketing Solutions at the Oracle Data Cloud (ODC). He joined Oracle through the acquisition of Datalogix, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer.
At Datalogix, Mr. Wolfe Pereira helped establish Datalogix as the leader in purchase-based targeting and measurement and was a champion for helping brands develop a data-driven approach to audience planning and buying. Mr. Wolfe Pereira joined Datalogix from Starcom MediaVest Group, where he served as Executive Vice President and led the Walmart client team, the multicultural marketing unit MediaVest Multicultural (MV42°) as well as many of the agency’s innovation, e-commerce and technology initiatives. Mr. Wolfe Pereira worked closely with CMOs and business leaders of Fortune 100 companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Kraft Foods, Microsoft, Mondelez, Procter & Gamble and Walmart on content marketing, data and analytics, digital strategy and media.
Prior to Starcom MediaVest Group, he served as Vice President of Partnership Marketing at Univision Communications Inc. Previously, Mr. Wolfe Pereira was a Portfolio Manager overseeing technology investments at Platinum Partners, a multi-strategy investment fund, and he was part of the senior management team of several leading technology companies including Akamai Technologies, Experian Marketing Services and Visual Sciences serving in a variety of business development, corporate strategy, engineering, finance and product marketing roles. He began his career in investment banking and private equity, working at The Blackstone Group, Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup) and Violy, Byorum & Partners. Specializing in the technology, media & telecommunications industries, he performed corporate restructurings, debt and equity financings and mergers and acquisitions advisory work.
Mr. Wolfe Pereira graduated Cum Laude with Highest Thesis Honors from Tufts University with a bachelor of arts degree in International Relations. A Fulbright Scholar, he completed the Greater Boston Executive MBA Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.
A passionate supporter of multicultural causes as well as science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education, Mr. Wolfe Pereira serves on the board of directors of the Ad Council and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF). An advisor to startups and technology companies, he serves as a Board Advisor to Barnraiser, Chegg (NYSE: CHGG) and Encantos Media Studios PBC. A Dominican-American, Mr. Wolfe Pereira lives in San Francisco, CA with his wife and son.
Venkat Achanta is Senior Vice President, Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Neustar, Inc. Venkat is responsible for expanding Neustar’s authoritative identity and attribution platform to find innovative ways to create connected customer experiences across people, places and things.
Prior to Neustar, Venkat was Chief Data Officer and Head of the Data and Analytics group at Walmart, where he was responsible for all data and analytics delivery platforms across the company.
Venkat has more than 20 years of experience in data science, analytics and enterprise information management. While at Walmart, Venkat spearheaded the data fabric, advanced analytics platforms and decision services groups globally. Prior to Walmart, Venkat was Global Head of Analytics and Big Data at AIG. Venkat has held senior leadership positions with various companies that are noted in the industry for their data and analytics capabilities, including Capital One, where he was Vice President, Enterprise Data Services and Experian, where he was Vice President, Global Product Development and Delivery.
Venkat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Andhra University in India and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA.
Mr. Hulse is Chief Revenue Officer at Neustar, Inc. He is responsible for driving sales globally. Mr. Hulse brings nearly 30 years of executive experience in sales, business development, and field operations to Neustar.
As a seasoned leader in information services, digital media, telecommunications, security, data and professional services, Mr. Hulse is experienced in commercializing and re-engineering businesses for accelerated growth in both public and private settings.
Prior to Neustar, Mr. Hulse served as the President of Boingo Wireless, where he was responsible for all of the company’s revenues, products, business development, customer support, marketing, account management, and international teams. Previously he served as Chief Revenue Officer of the Rubicon Project, SVP Revenue of iPass, EVP of Field Operations at Tumbleweed (acquired by Axway) and SVP of Sales & Marketing at FrontBridge (acquired by Microsoft).
Mr. Hulse is on the advisory board for MetaMarkets, a leader in interactive analytics for programmatic marketing.
Mr. Kennedy joined Neustar in May 2013 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He oversees Neustar’s legal and external affairs efforts, including public policy and government relations. He has more than 30 years of experience advising clients and the federal government on telecommunications and media law, regulatory strategy and policy, and investment matters affecting wireless, wired, and Internet communications services and networks.
Mr. Kennedy comes to Neustar from the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where he served as Associate Director and General Counsel and, most recently, as Senior Advisor to the Director. Prior to serving in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Nextel Communications. He oversaw the legal and regulatory completion of Nextel’s merger with Sprint, becoming General Counsel, Corporate Strategy and Chief Government Affairs Officer of the combined Sprint Nextel. He was previously a partner at the law firm Dow, Lohnes & Albertson PLLC, and he served at the Federal Communications Commission for 10 years from 1980 to 1991.
Mr. Edwards is Senior Vice President of Data Solutions, the department that oversees Neustar’s complex data exchanges and the services that rely on them. In this role, he defines overall strategy, driving innovation through the introduction of new services and solutions to address client and market opportunities. Services overseen by Mr. Edwards include local number portability, order management, and caller ID services as well as domain name registries and Neustar’s online threat intelligence solutions.Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President for Carrier Services; specifically overseeing North America carrier sales, management of services and solutions, marketing and channel partnerships for the Service Provider market.
Prior to joining Neustar, Mr. Edwards was Chief Operating Officer at Regenesis Power LLC. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for Sonus Networks Inc.; Vice President of indirect sales and channel development at AT&T Business Services; and President of BT Visual Images.
As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Mr. Prince oversees Neustar’s strategy and execution for corporate development and the management of strategic relationships, as Neustar transforms into an Information Services company. In this role, Mr. Prince leads all facets of acquisitions and drives partnership initiatives in key growth areas. Prince also sits on the Operating Committee of the company.
For the previous two years, Mr. Prince held a dual role of Senior Vice President for both Corporate Development and Information Services as the company sought a dedicated Information Services leader. Mr. Prince and his team played a critical role in building Neustar’s marketing services and security services businesses and transforming Neustar into an Information Services company. He also led building out the bench strength through both strategic acquisitions and cultivating internal talent.
Additionally since joining Neustar in 2012, Mr. Prince has been responsible for managing Neustar’s Media group, expanding strategic partnerships and new media businesses in the information and analytics space, as well as expanding upon Neustar’s UltraViolet™ initiative. Mr. Prince brings more than a decade of diverse experience in building global businesses and boasts a proven track record in growing digital businesses and managing new technologies.
Prior to joining Neustar, Mr. Prince was Chief Operating Officer, Global Media, and President, National Geographic Ventures from 2003-2012 where he led the company’s digital media businesses and new initiatives, including strategy, content, marketing, technology, distribution and partnerships. In addition, he also directed its corporate development.
Before joining National Geographic Ventures, Mr. Prince served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development at AOL Broadband from 2002-2003, and Senior Vice President, Business Development for AOL from 1999-2002. In both positions, Mr. Prince managed and negotiated business-to-business partnerships.
Mr. Prince holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, an M.A. in Natural Resource Economics and Policy from Duke University School of Environment and a B.A. in History from Yale University. He also serves on the board of directors for Duke Nicholas School of Environment, and is on the board of advisors for Watch Mojo of Washington DC, and Personal, Inc.
Ms. Brennan is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She oversees all human resource programs including talent management and acquisition, education and development, employee engagement and compensation and benefits.
Prior to joining Neustar, Ms. Brennan was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources at Verisign, an Internet infrastructure company. Additionally, she has served as the Head of Group Human Resources for the Bank of Ireland, based in Dublin, where she worked with the Board to appoint a new CEO and implemented a talent management agenda with a focus on strategic external recruitment and internal development.
She also served as the Human Resources Director for Barclays PLC's Global Retail and Commercial Banking (GRCB) business, based in London, where she was responsible for all aspects of the human resources strategy and execution in support of the Barclays’ global expansion.
Ms. Brennan has held senior management positions at AT&T, British Telecommunications and Computer Sciences Corporation. Ms. Brennan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
Mr. Foster is the Senior Vice President of Product Information Services, managing the complete lifecycle of Neustar’s Information Services products. In this role he drives the overall roadmap for Neustar’s products and ensures the products and services continue to exceed the needs of customers.
Mr. Foster brings nearly 30 years of successful technology management experience to Neustar. Previously, he served as Chief Technology Officer for Damballa, where he was responsible for advanced research, product strategy, and engineering for this private company that discovers hidden and advanced threats running in enterprises and Internet service providers. Before Damballa, he served as Senior Vice President of Product Management for McAfee/Intel, where he directed the strategy and development of McAfee’s complete portfolio of security solutions. Mr. Foster was part of the management team that sold McAfee to Intel in 2011. Prior to joining McAfee, he spent 21 years working at Symantec in various technology management roles, the last as Vice President, Product Management, responsible for Symantec’s enterprise antivirus product line.
Mr. Foster earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and has attended the Executive Program in Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
As Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations, Peter Burke leads engineering, IT, security, technical operations, and architecture. He is responsible for alignment of Neustar services and infrastructure to the needs of the business and the marketplace.
As a visionary technologist, Mr. Burke is known for translating complex technologies into meaningful business opportunities. He joins Neustar from ARRIS where he was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of ARRIS Video Systems, serving the world’s largest telecommunications and cable operators.
Previously, he was the Vice President of Product Management at Motorola Mobility, where he led the development of products for the digital video market. Mr. Burke has also held executive management positions at InQuira (acquired by Oracle), Convergys, and Ceon (acquired by Convergys).
Hank Skorny is Senior Vice President of the Internet of Things at Neustar, Inc. Skorny is responsible for Neustar’s IoT strategy, including the development of adjacent and new services for the Internet of Things, which will complement Neustar’s existing services and markets. Previously, Hank Skorny was Vice President and General Manager of the Intel Services Division at Intel Corporation, where he was responsible for the strategy and delivery of unified software services across device and operating systems including enterprise, cloud, IoT and developers.
Prior to Intel, Hank Skorny was Chief Strategy Officer and SVP for RealNetworks, Inc., focusing on the long-term strategic vision of the company and new product development, primarily for cloud and social-based applications for digital media.
Hank Skorny has over 25 years of executive management, marketing, business development and engineering experience in the mobile and software industry. Previously he served as CEO of mobile messaging startup, Thumbspeed, Inc., until its successful acquisition. He led Thumbspeed, Inc. through its acquisition by OZ Communications and then at OZ through its acquisition by Nokia. Prior to Thumbspeed, Inc. Skorny held senior executive positions at AOL Mobile, as well as senior positions at Adobe Systems, Microsoft and Apple Computer across his career.
Skorny currently serves as Chairman of Zipwhip, a leader in cloud messaging for landlines, toll free and mobile. Mr. Skorny studied Chemistry and Mathematics at Drexel University, with a focus on computational biochemistry.

Direct Partners worked with firms like EarthLink, Pfizer, Nissan, DIRECTV, and Disney. A winner of the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies award and Cisco Technology Innovation Award, DP is still known as one of the most innovative digital marketing firms in the industry.
Wes is on Wharton's Future of Advertising Global Advisory Board, as well as the MASB Board, an organization focused on marketing accountability standards and practices. In 2016, Wes was bestowed the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. An active Young Presidents Organization (YPO) member, Wes graduated from Randolph-Macon College and The Johns Hopkins University, with degrees in Psychology and Business, respectively.
Jon Vein serves as Chief Strategy Officer with a focus on leveraging strategic partnerships for revenue growth. Previously, Mr. Vein co-founded MarketShare with Wes Nichols and served as its co-CEO. Acquired by Neustar in December 2015, MarketShare offers CMOs a data-driven solution to plan, optimize, and allocate online and offline marketing budgets.
Prior to MarketShare, Mr. Vein served as Chief Operating Officer of Michael Ovitz's AMG (Artists Management Group) and APG (Artists Production Group), overseeing all divisions, including talent, literary, animation, sports, music, publishing, and feature film production. He engineered AMG's sale to The Firm, which he joined as co-head of the M&A/Strategic Advisory Services Division prior to departing and forming MarketShare.
Before joining AMG/APG, Mr. Vein was Chief Operating Officer of Film Roman, the premier independent animation production company in the United States, where he oversaw all production, development, sales, human resources, finance, and business affairs. He also brought to Film Roman a private equity investment to facilitate growth, and he was instrumental in planning and executing the company’s initial public offering. Film Roman produced shows such as The Simpsons, King of the Hill, Family Guy, and numerous other award-winning shows.
An Emmy Award winner, Mr. Vein produced many film and television productions, including King of the Hill, The Simpsons, and the acclaimed Swimming with Sharks.
Mr. Vein began his entertainment career as a founding partner of entertainment law firm Dern & Vein. Prior to that, he used his engineering and computer science background as a practicing engineer on the space program at Hughes Electronics and Teledyne Relays.
Mr. Vein holds a U.S. patent in the field of tissue engineering, as well as several other patents in marketing analytics. In 2016, Mr. Vein was bestowed the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. He graduated from UC Berkeley with a double B.S. in Material Sciences & Engineering and Electrical Engineering-Computer Science with high honors, and received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School. Mr. Vein is married to entertainment executive Ellen Goldsmith-Vein and has two rambunctious children, Caroline and Jack.
Mr. Vein is a member of the World Presidents’ Organization Los Angeles and Golden West Chapters, as well as a former Chairman of the Golden West Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization. He is president of the board of the Los Angeles Convention Center and Tourism Department, on the Board of Trustees for the California Science Center, and a board member of the California Cultural and Historic Endowment, the US Fund for UNICEF’s Southern California Region, the Los Angeles Coalition, the Long Range Planning Committee for Marymount University, the Program Advisory Committee member for Fremont College, the Advertising Research Foundation, the Hancock Park Homeowners’ Association and Los Angeles Television Channel 36. Mr. Vein is also a member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS). He also sits on the University of California’s Regents Selection Advisory Committee to the Governor of the State of California, and on the Advisory Board for the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission. He also leads the Los Angeles Mayor’s Fund’s efforts to brand the City of Los Angeles and is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy. Mr. Vein serves on the Finance Committee for the candidacy of Hillary Clinton for President in 2016. Vein served as an early member of then-Senator Barack Obama’s finance committee for the 2008 election and the President’s National Finance Committee for his re-election. Mr. Vein sat on the finance committee for Congresswoman Karen Bass’ election, and served as an early member of Eric Garcetti’s finance committee in support of his candidacy for Mayor of the City of Los Angeles.
