Forward looking operators are providing their subscribers with mobile online communities, enabling their subscribers to interact and communicate in more ways. Neustar customers such as Optimus, Globe, and Telecom Italia are leading the way by combining enhanced communication and messaging capabilities as part of an integrated community experience.
Neustar products such as the Instant Messaging Service Center (IMSC) and the Presence Server Platform enable subscribers to create customized personal profiles, check whether friends are online and what they are doing, chat in real time and share pictures and other media. They can also meet in a range of public chat rooms with other community members, and even create their own chat rooms and invite their friends to join.
PC and mobile access are provided to these communities using Neustar and 3rd party clients, platform APIs enable operators to launch additional integrated value added services to the community including capabilities such as location and chatbots.
The Neustar ICP platform also enables the interconnection of these communities, providing a global communication experience between mobile and fixed communities.
