The Neustar IP Messaging Service Centre is a highly scalable messaging platform which supports a wide range of standards including GSMA RCS, Personal IM, OMA SIP and IMPS messaging.
Connectivity is provided by a wide range of IMPS and SIP clients, and legacy devices are also supported via SMS continuity and interworking.
The Neustar IMSC additionally provides innovative value added services for subscribers including public & private chat rooms and also chatbots & APIs that can provides access to additional 3rd party services.
The Neustar InterConnect Platform (ICP) provides IM interconnection so subscribers can communicate with friends on other operator networks and using Internet communities such as Gtalk.
