The Neustar Mobile Messaging Gateway provides mobile optimized access to these communities, providing an improved subscriber experience through extended battery life and integrated clients, and enables operators to provide innovative pricing and packaging whilst reducing network load.

The Mobile Messaging Gateway also provides integrated email access for Windows Live, Yahoo, Gmail and other communities.

Building operator IM communities

Neustar provides operator branded IM services to mobile and online subscribers.

The Neustar IP Messaging Service Centre is a highly scalable messaging platform which supports a wide range of standards including GSMA RCS, Personal IM, OMA SIP and IMPS messaging.

Connectivity is provided by a wide range of IMPS and SIP clients, and legacy devices are also supported via SMS continuity and interworking.

The Neustar IMSC additionally provides innovative value added services for subscribers including public & private chat rooms and also chatbots & APIs that can provides access to additional 3^rd party services.

The Neustar InterConnect Platform (ICP) provides IM interconnection so subscribers can communicate with friends on other operator networks and using Internet communities such as Gtalk.
