A key part of the next evolution of communication, the Neustar Enhanced Address Book is included not only in Rich Communication Suite (RCS) services but also in some of the latest smartphone handsets. Its unique, operator-branded solution is deployable across multiple handsets; but unlike RCS, it is deployable on existing handsets and networks, and provides integrated access to existing social networks and communities.

The Neustar Enhanced Address Book is already deployed with a Tier One operator integrated with the Neustar IP Messaging Service Centre and Mobile Messaging Gateway to provide rich presence, instant messaging and fixed community access.
