Executive Profiles

Jeffrey E. Ganek

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ganek is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Neustar, Inc. and has served in these roles since December 1999. Prior to joining Neustar, Mr. Ganek was Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Communications Industry Services (CIS) at Lockheed Martin, an advanced technology company. CIS, which was divested from Lockheed Martin in 1999 to form Neustar, provided clearinghouse services to the telecommunications industry. Earlier, Mr. Ganek held executive and management positions at Global TeleSystems Group, GTE Spacenet, MCI and AT&T.

Lisa Hook

President and Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Hook is President and Chief Operating Officer of Neustar, Inc., responsible for leading Neustar's global operations. Prior to joining Neustar, Ms. Hook held positions at SunRocket, Inc., America Online, Inc., Brera Capital Partners LLC, Alpine Capital Group LLC, Time Warner, Inc. the Federal Communications Commission and Viacom International, Inc.

Paul S. Lalljie

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lalljie is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Neustar, Inc., responsible for leading Neustar's worldwide finance organization, overseeing treasury, accounting, financial planning and analysis, real estate management and investor relations. Mr. Lalljie has been with Neustar for over 10 years. During this time, he has served in a variety of increasingly expansive roles within Neustar’s Corporate Finance department, including Vice President, Financial Planning & Treasurer and other positions within accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and investor relations.

Jack Dziak

Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Dziak is Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Neustar, Inc., responsible for formulating Neustar’s long-term strategic direction and corporate development activities. Prior to joining Neustar, Mr. Dziak held a variety of executive positions at Sprint Nextel, Mobile Satellite Ventures LP (now SkyTerra), and MCI Communications (now Verizon Business). He also spent over 15 years in strategy, technology and operations consulting in the global communications services and technology marketplace, primarily as a Partner with Accenture and Coopers & Lybrand.

Dr. Eric Burger

Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Burger is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Neustar, Inc., responsible for setting Neustar's technology and service strategy. Prior to joining Neustar, Dr. Burger held executive positions at BEA Systems, Inc.; Cantata Technology, Inc.; Brooktrout, Inc.; SnowShore Networks, Inc.; and Centigram Communications Corporation. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the SIP Forum since 2007, and has been a board member since 2003.
